"Staying a Los Angeles hotel. It’s a desert of decent places to eat. Happened on this restaurant when we were walking back too Denia. . Absolutely magnificent food and service €19 menu del dai. Unbelievable value for money. Three courses plus a salad course. Good price wine list. Attentive service by Richie. Not to be missed if you’re in the last marines area. Come now because by August you won’t be able to get a table. !"

"We (and our pup) enjoyed our lunch very much. Service was great with Mar and Lena taking very good care of us. We had clams, tomato mozzarella salad with salmon and coca with apple and foie. Everything was beautifully prepared, fresh and delicious! I would love to go back for dinner sometime. It is a beautiful restaurant!"

"Better late than never - we tried La Nova Cuina for the first time for lunch today. They have a winter menu del dia (Tues-Fri) for €19.95 which is absolutely fantastic value. A selection of starters - bread and alioli, salad, croquetas, mini cocas, mussels and prawns followed by a large selection of main courses including rice, fish and meat dishes. We chose fideuá and it was outstanding. As good as my Valencian husband makes at homeAll the full menu of dessert choices are also included in the price. Beautiful service provided by Lina, Andres and Cristina. They also offered us a generous selection of chupitos free to finish the meal. Very highly recommended, especially now out of season."
